In-Store Payments

Visit our showroom at 43 Bower St, Ottawa, ON K1S 0K2 for in-person payments. We accept all major credit cards and debit payments in-store.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
  • Payment confirmation is sent via email within 1 hour of successful transaction
  • Order processing begins after payment verification
  • Special orders may require a deposit

Special Order Payments

For custom lighting fixtures and special orders:

  • 50% deposit required to initiate the order
  • Remaining balance due before shipping or pickup
  • Custom payment arrangements available for large orders
