Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy extends to 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. This policy ensures both customer satisfaction and quality assurance of our lighting products.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns on products that meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be in their original condition
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • All accessories and documentation must be included
  • Proof of purchase must accompany the return

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized lighting fixtures
  • Special order items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products with removed or damaged safety seals
  • Bulbs and other consumable lighting components

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at ask@lightloungehome.com to initiate your return
  2. Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  3. Package your item securely with all original materials
  4. Include the RAN and proof of purchase in the package
  5. Ship the item to our return center (address will be provided with RAN)

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • Our team will inspect the returned item within 2-3 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation of the inspection results
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refund processing typically takes 5-10 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

For items received damaged or with manufacturing defects:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage and original packaging
  • We will arrange for return shipping at our expense
  • Replacement items will be shipped once the return is processed

Exchanges

We offer direct exchanges for:

  • Different size or style of the same product line
  • Items received with manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items shipped

Exchange requests must be made within the 30-day return window.
